All cheesecakes are made fresh to order and we welcome variations in flavor combination and crusts. Fillings rise three inches and crusts have a butter or chocolate cookie base with macadamia nuts, hazelnut praline, or walnuts added on request. Our base cheesecake has a Bourbon Vanilla Bean and can be enhanced with the following flavor combinations:
