The Valentine Surprise is our chocolate decadence cake with layers of chocolate ganache infused with raspberry coulis.  It is beautifully enveloped in dark chocolate to look like a beautiful gift box and artfully tied with a red ribbon and bow…open the chocolate lid and discover a milk chocolate truffle heart nestled in chocolate “tissue paper”!  A beautiful, all edible treat for all lovers!
